Sales Admin at Labamu plays a strategic role in supporting the performance of the Business Development team to ensure optimal execution and a strong focus on business growth.
This position is responsible for ensuring that all sales administrative processes run effectively and professionally, from ensuring accurate and timely data updates in HubSpot, managing and processing client and prospect contracts, to preparing compelling and persuasive business presentation materials using PowerPoint or Canva.
In addition, the Sales Admin is responsible for coordinating sales tool requirements—such as business cards, flyers, and other promotional materials—with vendors, as well as ensuring smooth business travel arrangements for the Business Development team through well-organized transportation and accommodation planning. This role serves as a key support system, enabling the Sales team to focus on closing deals and achieving the company’s revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Report directly to the Head of Business Development and provide support to other divisions as required.
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Sales team, including following up with Sales representatives to ensure timely updates in Hubspot and assisting in the administration and processing of contracts for clients and prospective clients.
Prepare and develop business presentation materials (business decks) using PowerPoint or
Canva.Coordinate and communicate effectively with vendors for support sales tools such as business cards, flyers, and other marketing media.
Arrange and manage transportation and accommodation for the Business Development team in relation to official business travel outside Jabodetabek.
Required Qualifications:
Female candidate.
Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any field of study.
Good command of spoken English.
At least one (1) year of experience as a Sales Administrator; prior experience in the IT industry or startup environment will be considered an advantage.
