As Operations Staff, you will play an important role in supporting our main business operations. You are responsible for managing administrative tasks, maintaining accurate data and records, and coordinating with various departments to ensure operations run optimally.

Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Handle daily administrative tasks and ensure all operational documentation is neatly organized and always up to date
Data Management: Maintain, update and ensure the accuracy of data and operational records in the system
Process Coordination: Help optimize operational workflows and coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Finance and Customer Support) to resolve operational problems
Reporting: Prepare regular operational reports to assist management in monitoring performance and identifying areas that need improvement
Inventory & Procurement: Help manage operational or office needs and coordinate with vendors if necessary
Compliance: Ensuring all operational activities run in accordance with company policies and standard operating procedures (SOP)
Required Qualifications:
Have a minimum of 3 years experience as Credit Control Staff in the banking or financial services industry< 0 >
Experienced in conducting document checks and handling supporting documents for loan application needs
Have a high level of accuracy and good administrative skills
Have good interpersonal communication skills
