Digital Marketing Associate

As a Digital Marketing Associate, you will learn and manage end-to-end execution in Performance Marketing and CRM. You will work directly with the internal team and receive direct guidance (hands-on mentorship) to help you quickly develop analytical, execution and growth strategy skills in digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Performance Marketing

  • Assist with planning, execution and optimization of digital advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
  • Carry out daily monitoring of campaign metrics (CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL, ROAS, etc.).
  • Conduct A/B testing on creative, audience, and bidding strategies.
  • Manage daily/weekly budgets and ensure campaign performance reaches targets.
  • Prepare performance reports along with insights and recommendations.

CRM & Marketing Lifecycle

  • Assist with CRM strategy execution via email, push notifications, and other direct channels.
  • Develop audience segmentation and create automation flows for various user journeys.
  • Analyze engagement and conversion rates from CRM activities.
  • Carry out continuous optimization on personalization, content and timing for maximum results.

Required Qualifications:

  • Fresh graduate or have 0–2 years experience.

  • Has a strong interest in digital marketing, analytics and growth strategy.

  • Have basic analysis skills (Excel/Google Sheets, dashboard tools).

  • Understanding digital advertising platforms is a plus.

  • Proactive, thorough, and has a high desire to learn.

  • Bootcamp graduates are preferred (for example: RevoU, Binar, Rakamin, etc.).
