Role Overview
Labamu is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment activities. This position is suitable for individuals who are interested in gaining hands-on experience in the field of recruitment and human resources. As an intern, you will assist in the process of posting job vacancies, screening CVs, and conducting initial interviews to assess the suitability of candidates for the available positions.
Primary Responsibilities
Posting and managing job vacancies on LinkedIn and various other job portal platforms.
Screening and reviewing candidate CVs based on the required qualifications.
Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate suitability.
Identify alignment between candidate experience and position requirements.
Prepare a summary of screening results and shortlist candidates.
Arrange interview schedules between candidates and the hiring team.
Manage candidate tracking and documentation of the recruitment process.
Support the Talent Acquisition team in daily recruitment activities.

Qualification
Final year students or fresh graduates majoring in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
Have a strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Have good communication skills in English and Indonesian.
Thorough and well organized.
Be confident in conducting initial candidate interviews.
Familiarity with LinkedIn or job portals is a plus.
Willing to work from the office at Ruko The Icon Cisauk.
Must bring a personal laptop for daily work needs.
Willing to take part in an internship program of at least 6 months.
