Brand & Community Intern

As a Brand & Community Intern, you will support the development and execution of brand initiatives while helping grow and engage our community across digital platforms. You will work closely with the brand and marketing team to create meaningful interactions, strengthen brand presence, and build lasting relationships with our audience.

This role offers hands-on experience in brand building, content creation, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand & Content

  • Assist in planning and executing brand campaigns across social media and other channels.

  • Support content creation (social media posts, captions, simple visuals, etc.) aligned with brand voice and guidelines.

  • Help maintain consistency in messaging and visual identity across all platforms.

  • Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on insights.

  • Stay updated with trends to keep brand communication relevant and engaging.

Community Management

  • Engage with the community through comments, messages, and discussions across platforms.

  • Support in managing online communities (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Discord, etc.).

  • Identify and build relationships with key community members, creators, or advocates.

  • Assist in organizing online/offline community activities or events.

  • Collect feedback from the community and share insights with the internal team.

Collaboration & Support

  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and design teams to align brand initiatives.

  • Assist in influencer/creator collaborations and partnerships.

  • Support day-to-day brand operations and campaign execution.

Required Qualifications:

  • Active user of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.).

  • Good communication skills (written and verbal).

  • Creative, proactive, and eager to learn.

  • Able to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks.

  • Experience in content creation or managing communities is a plus.
