This position is suitable for those of you who are interested and enthusiastic about the world of content creation and social media. As a Social Media Intern, you will be directly involved in the process of planning, creating and evaluating content for the Labamu & LabamuHub on various platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
You will work closely with a team of creatives and designers to produce content that is engaging, following trends, and relevant to the target audience. Apart from that, you also play a role in building interaction with the audience through comments and DMs, as well as analyzing content performance to help increase engagement and account growth.
This role provides real experience in the digital industry, suitable for final year students or fresh graduates who want to develop skills in the fields of social media, content strategy and digital marketing, in a collaborative and dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Planning
- Help write and develop content for Labamu & LabamuHub (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
- Compose captions, propose visual ideas, and participate in brainstorming new content formats
- Collaborate with designers to produce engaging Reels, carousels, and story content
- Supports the preparation of weekly content plans using tools such as Trello, Metricool, etc
Social Media Engagement & Monitoring
- Monitor and reply to comments and DMs on your Labamu & LabamuHub
- Track key content metrics (reach, saves, shares, etc.) and compile weekly insights
- Research social media trends and competitors to increase engagement
Required Qualifications:
- Final year students / fresh graduates
- Have a commitment to paid internship for 6 months
- Willing to work hybrid in BSD
- Preferably those who are used to creating Instagram Reels content / TikTok videos
