Senior Partnership Lead

Labamu is seeking a Senior Partnership Lead to lead and develop our overall partnership strategy. This position has a high impact and is a great fit for a professional with experience building strategic partnerships that consistently generate quality leads and deliver real business value.
Key Responsibilities:
Building & Developing Partnerships
- Leading Labamu’s partnership strategy from the initial stages to growing significantly.
- Identify partners with high potential, such as platforms, ecosystem players, companies, distributors and others.
- Lead the negotiation process and close partnership agreements independently.
- Turn partnerships into sustainable growth channels, not just one-off collaborations.
Lead Generation (Key Metrics)
- Design partnerships that consistently generate quality inbound leads.
- Determine lead flow, attribution, and success metrics with Sales and Marketing teams.
- Optimize the performance of funnels originating from partners, including conversion rates.
Value Creation (Key Metric)
- Develop mutually beneficial partnership models, such as profit sharing, co-selling, co-marketing, bundled offerings, and pilot programs.
- Launch joint initiatives that create measurable value, such as:
- Revenue and pipeline growth
- Increased product adoption
- Market expansion
- Continuously evaluate ROI and prioritize partnerships with the greatest impact.
Execution & Leadership
- Be the main owner of the relationships and performance of all partners.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure fast and effective execution.
- Brings a structured, data-driven approach in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
Success Indicators (KPI)
- Strong and consistent flow of quality leads from partnership channels.
- Clear contribution to sales pipeline or revenue from partner channels.
- A focused, high-performing portfolio of strategic partners.
- A structured, repeatable and scalable partnership playbook to support sustainable growth.
Required Qualifications:
- Have a minimum of 7 years experience in partnerships, business development, or a role focused on business growth.
- Has a proven track record of building partnership strategies that drive quality lead generation.
- Have strong business sense and excellent negotiation skills.
- Able to work independently and effectively in an environment with a dynamic structure or minimal direction.
- Be data-oriented but pragmatic—focus on real results, not just cosmetic metrics.
- Have a startup mindset: take ownership, move fast, and be responsible for results.
