Finance Accounting Staff

Experience Level:
Fresh Graduate or 1 Year Experience in Accounting and Finance
Education: Accounting

We are looking for a conscientious and motivated Finance Officer to join our Finance & Our operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, ensuring the accuracy of each transaction, as well as supporting daily operations in the Finance & Operational.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out daily accounting operations, including processing accounts payable and receivables and recording financial transactions.
  • Perform daily bank reconciliations to ensure all cash transactions are recorded completely and accurately.
  • Prepare and record basic journals for accruals, adjustments, and recurring transactions.
  • Using the CoreTax system to assist with data preparation and tax reporting.
  • Maintain and manage company financial records in a cloud-based accounting system, namely Xero.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports as well as year-end financial reports and schedules.
  • Support the audit process by providing necessary documents and explanations.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable company policies and accounting standards.
  • Collaborate with other team members to improve accounting processes and work efficiency.
  • Carry out other financial and administrative tasks as needed.

Required Qualifications:

Education:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting.

Experience:

  • Fresh graduate or have work experience of up to 1 year in accounting or finance.
  • Must have experience using cloud-based accounting software, such as QuickBooks Online, Xero, or Sage Intacct.
  • Must have a good understanding and practical experience in carrying out bank reconciliations.
  • Must be able to prepare and book basic accounting journals.
  • Added value if you have an understanding of the CoreTax system for tax compliance and reporting.
  • Experience in general ledger management, monthly/annual book closing processes, and audits will be an added value.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Understand basic accounting principles, including GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
  • Have a high level of precision and accuracy in managing financial data.
  • Have good analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Able to operate Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel, including the use of functions such as VLOOKUP and Pivot Table.
  • Have good written and oral communication skills in Indonesian and English.
  • Able to work independently or in a team.
