Labamu and Parle Announce Partnership to Revolutionize Restaurant Operations with Digital Menu Integration

Labamu is proud to announce its latest strategic partnership with Parle, a popular and stylish restaurant located in the heart of Senayan Park (SPARK), South Jakarta. Known for its vibrant atmosphere and diverse selection of modern cuisine, Parle serves hundreds of customers daily, with over 50 tables in the dining area.

This collaboration will transform Parle’s operations by integrating Labamu’s advanced digital menu features.

The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was officially signed by Mr. Rey Sihotang, Director of PT Labamu Sejahtera Indonesia, and Mr. Antonius Adi Kristanto, Director of PT Parle Boga Nusantara.

Through this partnership, Parle will leverage Labamu’s technology, an innovative digital solutions provider for the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry. Labamu specializes in digital menu systems, order management, point-of-sale (POS) systems, and comprehensive restaurant management tools. By implementing Labamu’s digital menu program, Parle will be able to streamline its sales transactions significantly, providing a seamless ordering experience for both customers and staff. According to Mr. Antonius, he can now access his restaurant’s operations anytime and anywhere via his mobile phone, to view sales reports, best-selling menu items, repeat customers, and more, making it easier to manage Parle while boosting sales and customer reach.

Parle can now track orders directly in the restaurant through the Labamu platform. This means customers can place digital orders from their tables, with orders sent directly to Parle’s back-end system, ensuring faster service, more efficient communication between front-of-house staff and the kitchen, and reduced risk of human error. The collaboration between Labamu and Parle allows the restaurant to focus on delivering exceptional customer service while leveraging cutting-edge technology for growth and sustainability.

As Parle continues to grow as a favorite culinary destination in Jakarta, this partnership will enhance the restaurant’s ability to adapt to the digital era, offering customers a modern and convenient dining experience.
