How to Create an Account and Log In to Labamu
Start using Labamu and manage your business with ease!
There are three types of accounts available depending on your business setup:
Account Type | Who Uses It | Where to Access |

HQ Account (Headquarter) | For businesses with multiple outlets | |

Regular Account
What Is It?
This account is used by business owners who operate a single outlet.
You can register directly from the Labamu app or website.
How to Register
- Open the Labamu App or Labamu website
- Tap “Create New Account”.
- Enter your active email or phone number
- Check your inbox or SMS — the system will send a verification code (OTP).
- Enter the OTP in the verification field.
- Didn’t receive it? Wait 1 minute, then tap “Resend OTP”.
- Follow the onboarding steps on screen.
You’ll then be directed to your Home page.
If You Didn’t Receive the OTP
Try these steps:
- Make sure your email or phone number is correct and active.
- Check your internet connection.
- Tap “Resend OTP” after waiting 1 minute.
HQ Account (Headquarter)
What Is It?
An HQ account is used for businesses with more than one outlet.
This account is typically used by large business owners, managers, or central teams who need complete control over all outlets.
⚙️ Note: You cannot create an HQ account yourself.
Only your Profit Team can create this account after an agreement with Sales.
How to Activate
- The Labamu Sales Team will request account creation from the Operations Team.
- Once created, an activation link will be sent to your email.
- Open the email and click “Activate Account.”
- Once activated, log in via bisnis.labamu.co.id.
If You Can’t Activate
Try these steps:
- Make sure you click the activation link from your email.
- If the link has expired, contact Sales or the Operations Team to resend it.
Need to know:
- The activation link is valid for 3 days
- can be resent within 30 days from the first attempt.
If You Can’t Log In After Activation
Check the following:
- Make sure you log in via bisnis.labamu.co.id, bukan desktop.labamu.co.id.
- Check that your email and password are correct.
- If you forgot your password, click “Forgot Password.”
Outlet Account (Branch under HQ)
What Is It?
Outlet accounts are used by branch teams to manage daily operations like sales, inventory, and customer interactions.
They’re created by HQ through the central dashboard.
How to Activate
- Check your email or SMS — you’ll receive an invitation link from HQ.
- Click the link, and you’ll be redirected to Labamu.
- Enter the email or phone number registered by HQ.
- Enter the OTP code sent to your email or phone.
- Once verified, you’ll land on the Home page.
If You Can’t Activate
Try these steps:
- Open the activation link from your email.
- If expired, ask HQ to resend the activation link.
- The link is valid for 3 days and can be resent within 30 days.
If You Can’t Log In After Activation
Check the following:
- Make sure the account has been activated.
- Double-check your email and password.

- Always log in using the same email or phone number used during registration.
