Labamu continues to grow and expand its network in various cities in Indonesia. We are looking for a Business Development Executive who is passionate, experienced and ready to grow with us. If you are interested in the world of business, partnerships, and have a high spirit of execution—this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Acquisition & Partnership Development

  • Search, contact and acquire potential partners according to target cities.
  • Building long-term relationships with business partners, merchants or related communities.

Growth Strategy Execution

  • Carry out Labamu’s expansion strategy in each area.
  • Conduct local market analysis to open new opportunities and increase product penetration.

Internal Collaboration

  • Coordinate with marketing, operations and product teams to ensure fast and precise implementation.
  • Provide direct input and feedback from the field to the central team.

Monitoring & Reporting

  • Create reports on acquisition progress, partner performance and market insights.
  • Responsible for achieving monthly KPIs.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum S1 education from any major.
  • Work 1-2 years as a trainer, Merchant Support, Account Manager, or similar position.
  • Have knowledge of Point of Sales (POS), Accounting Systen, MRP System, IT Basic & network.
  • Have experience with ERP / MRP systems, especially those integrated with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
  • Candidates with a background in using Odoo, Accurate, SAP, or similar ERP platforms are strongly encouraged to apply
  • Have communication & very good negotiation.
  • Ready to work with targets and high mobility.
  • Understand local market dynamics in the placement city.
  • Proactive, fast and problem-solving work attitude.
  • Can join as soon as possible without prior notice (big plus).
