Can I monitor sales without having to come to the store?
Yes, with Labamu you can monitor sales from anywhere without having to go to the store. Labamu’s system allows you to check sales in real-time through your device.
Does Labamu have official authorization?
Labamu is officially registered with the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology and the Ministry of Investment/Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM) as a Domestic Electronic System Provider (PSE) under registration number PB-UMKU 130422003264400000001 and PSE certificate number 006752.01/DJAI.PSE/08/2022.

Is Labamu registered with the Indonesian E-Commerce Association (idEA)?
Yes, Labamu is registered with the Indonesian E-Commerce Association (idEA) under membership number idEA-00500.
Why should I verify my Labamu account?
Here are some of the benefits you can experience after verifying your account.
Create a Static QRIS for Free: Once your account is verified, you can apply to create a QRIS for your store for free.
Increase Customer Trust: With a verified account, customers will be more confident in making transactions at your store.
More Secure Data: By verifying your account, your business will be protected from data and transaction misuse.
How do I verify my account?
1. Complete your business profile on the “Business Information” page.
2. Click “Start Account Verification.”
3. Take a selfie according to the guide.
4. Photo of E-KTP according to the guidelines.
5. Complete your personal data according to your E-KTP.
6. If everything is correct, click “Send Data.”

What if KYC Verification Fails?
Customers can verify/KYC up to three times within 24 hours. If verification fails three times, customers can re-verify after 24 hours. When re-verifying, please note the following:
1. when taking an E-KTP photo:
a. Place the E-KTP on a flat, plain surface.
b. Make sure the lighting is right when taking photos.
c. The image should not be blurry, make sure the image is focused and clear.
d. Make sure the physical E-KTP still looks good.
e. Ensure that the data entered into the system is correct and in accordance with the e-KTP.
2. Enter your email address:
a. Make sure the email address entered is an active email address.
b. There should be no blank spaces between the characters in the input column.
3. When taking a face photo / selfie:
a. Make sure the camera is perpendicular to the object’s face.
b. Make sure the lighting is bright and not backlit or dim.
c. The facial photo is expected to be similar to / match the photo on the E-KTP.
d. Do not use attributes when taking a face photo/selfie, just like the face photo on the E-KTP does not use attributes, such as attributes: mask, glasses, hijab (if not wearing a hijab, or vice versa)
e. Please wear clothes when taking selfies.
Your Labamu Account PIN/Password Security Guidelines
1. Keep your PIN/password secret and do not tell anyone, including Labamu employees;
2. Change your PIN/password regularly;
3. Use a PIN/password that is difficult to guess, avoid using personal identification numbers such as date of birth.
4. Do not record your PIN/password which is easily accessible to other people.
5. The PIN/password for one product must be different from the PIN/password for other products.
Can I register without KYC/Verification of my Labamu account?
No. To register for a Labaku by Nobu account, you must first complete KYC/Verification on your Labamu account.
Am I required to register as a user of 'My Lab Account by Nobu'?
No. Registering for a Labaku by Nobu account is optional, not mandatory.
If I am already registered as a 'Labaku Account by Nobu', can I still change my bank account?
No. Once successfully registered, users cannot change bank accounts.
Can I delete/opt-out of 'My Profit Account by Nobu' after successfully registering?
No. Registered “Labaku Account by Nobu” accounts cannot be deleted, opted out of, or deactivated independently. To delete, opt out of, or deactivate your account, please visit your nearest Nobu Bank branch to deactivate your account.
Can HQ (multi-outlet) account users also register as 'Labaku Account by Nobu' users?
No. Currently, the ‘Labaku Account by Nobu’ registration feature is not available for HQ (multi-outlet) account users.
What is the limit for transferring funds to other banks?
The fund transfer limit per transaction to other banks is IDR 250,000,000 (BI Fast). During long weekends (i.e., Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays/collective leave), the maximum limit per transaction is IDR 50,000,000 (Online Transfer).
What is My Profit Account By Nobu?
Labaku Account By Nobu is your Lab balance which is connected to your Lab account at a partnering bank, in this case Bank Nobu.
How can I get my Labaku By Nobu Account?
You simply fill in the application data in the Labamu application
Are there any fees for transfers from a CoBrand account to another bank account?
Yes, the following fees apply:
– Online Transfer: Rp. 6,500 per transaction.
Is your Labamu balance included in my Labaku By Nobu account balance?
– Yes, your profit balance will be linked to your Labaku account at the bank and can be used directly for transactions and business activities.
– Funds received into the account will be separate from personal accounts.
Is there an initial deposit and minimum balance required?
There is no initial deposit, but the minimum balance required is IDR 10,000, excluding BI Fast or Online Transfer admin fees.
Are there any account closing fees and other administration fees?
Yes, account closure fees and inactive accounts will follow the Bank’s provisions.
Do you get interest?
Yes, every account that is registered and has a balance will receive interest according to the Bank’s provisions.
Is there a minimum balance withdrawal limit?
The minimum balance withdrawal limit is IDR 10,000
What if you want to replace a digital ATM card with a physical ATM card?
You simply need to come to the nearest Nobu Bank office and bring personal documents such as your ID card and other supporting documents.
Are there any financial transaction fees on my Labaku By Nobu account?
Yes, you can make transactions to withdraw your profit balance like transactions using mobile banking, namely by using the following methods: BI Fast and Online Transfer.
Does Labamu support digital payments?
Yes, Labamu offers digital payment options for both online and offline transactions, making transactions faster and more efficient.
What are the digital payment methods at Labamu?
Labamu provides a variety of digital payment method options, namely:
QRIS (Dynamic and Static);
Interbank Transfer;
Digital Wallet (E-Wallet); and
Virtual Account (VA).
Are there any additional fees for digital payment methods at Labamu?
In accordance with government regulations, new provisions apply to transaction fees using QRIS as follows:
Labamu users with Basic accounts
1. Every transaction less than IDR 500,000 is free of 0% MDR fees.
2. Every transaction over IDR 500,000 will be subject to a 0.3% MDR fee (Static QRIS).
3. Valid for users registered as micro-businesses and already have a Static QRIS.
4. A platform fee of 2% of each transaction is charged.
Labamu users with Premium and Pro accounts:
1. Every transaction less than IDR 500,000 is free of 0% MDR fees.
2. Every transaction over IDR 500,000 will be subject to a 0.3% MDR fee (Static QRIS).
3. Valid for users registered as micro-businesses and already have a Static QRIS.
4. 0% Platform fee free of every transaction.
What is the difference between Static and Dynamic QRIS?
Here are the differences.
Static QRIS: Uses a fixed, unchanging QR code. Customers manually enter the payment amount. Suitable for small businesses with low transaction volumes. Easy to use, but less efficient for businesses with high transaction volumes.
Dynamic QRIS: Uses a QR code that changes for each transaction with a predetermined payment amount. Suitable for businesses with high transaction volumes. Faster, more efficient, and more secure, but requires a more sophisticated payment system.
Both are equally easy to use and available on Labamu for all users (Basic, Premium, and Pro).
How to create your Static Labamu QRIS?
Open the Labamu application.
Click “Get QRIS for Business” at the top.
Complete your personal and business data (Home address, RT, RW, Village, Sub-district, photo of business location must be filled in completely, otherwise it will affect the application process)
If the data is correct, click “Continue.”
Wait for the data verification process from the Labamu Team.
If the application has been approved, then:
– You can click “QRIS Static” to start using it.
– You will receive a confirmation email that your application has been approved.
How long does the Labamu Static QRIS registration process take?
The Static QRIS registration process takes 10 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays).
Can I download Labamu's Static QRIS to my phone?
Of course you can. You can download your business’s Static QRIS and print it to place at the cashier’s desk.
Where can your Labamu Static QRIS accept payments from?
Transactions using Labamu Static QRIS can be made via M-Banking and E-Wallet.
Are there any transaction fees for transactions using Labamu Static QRIS?
Yes, transactions with Static QRIS are subject to transaction fees.
1. Premium and Pro Members: 0.3% per transaction
2. Premium and Pro Members: 0.7% per transaction (Dynamic QRIS)
3. Basic Members: 2% per transaction.
Will my Static QRIS expire if it is not used?
No, your Static QRIS will not expire and can be used forever because there is no active period.
What are the rules for seeking funds at Labamu?
Below is the schedule and details for Labaku balance withdrawals. Transactions from Dynamic QRIS can be processed to Labaku Balance in two ways:
1. Sameday Fund Process with additional 1% fee
Transactions from Static QRIS and Virtual Accounts can be disbursed on the same business day (including Friday, Saturday, Sunday, National Holidays and joint leave) during the time window of 10.00/15.00/20.00/24.00
The minimum balance that can be withdrawn is IDR 50,000.
2. Standard Fund Process for disbursement H+1.
Transactions from Static QRIS and Virtual Accounts can be disbursed on the next business day at 15.00.
The minimum balance that can be withdrawn is IDR 50,000.
For balances below IDR 50,000 (but above IDR 10,000) it will be disbursed automatically at 10 pm.
Transaction funds entering my Labaku balance above IDR 5,000,000 will be processed within 1 working day, and above IDR 10,000,000 will be processed within 2 working days.
Transactions on Friday, Saturday, Sunday will be disbursed on the next working day or Monday.
Transactions on National Holidays and Joint Leave follow bank regulations.
The maximum nominal for withdrawing my Labaku balance is:
Rp. 500,000,000 for BCA, DBS, Mandiri, OCBC, BNI, BSI, BRI, CIMB Niaga, Permata Bank, Danamon Bank
Rp. 50,000,000 for other banks
Rp.2,000,000 (unverified) & Rp.20,000,000 (verified) Ewallet (Dana/OVO/GopayShopeepay/LinkAja)
Rp.50,000,000 for Nobu Cobrand account
What membership packages does Labamu offer?
Labamu has three membership packages, namely:
Basic: A package suitable for helping Micro and Small Enterprises (MSMEs) level up.
Premium: A fully featured package that is suitable to help your business grow faster.
Pro: A package with the most comprehensive features that will help your franchise business become more efficient.

What is the difference between Premium and Pro packages?
Premium Membership has complete features to accelerate business growth at a cost of IDR 200,000 per month.
Pro Membership offers the most comprehensive features for franchise businesses, including online order management and multi-outlet, for Rp400,000 per month.
Can I try the Premium or Pro plan before subscribing?
If you’re a new Labamu user, you can take advantage of a 14-day Free Trial. This allows you to try out Premium features for free before committing to a subscription.
What happens if I don't renew my membership?
If your membership is not renewed, the premium features available in that package will be deactivated and you will return to being a Basic Member.
What is meant by Digital Products in the Labamu application?
Digital Products is a feature in the Labamu app that makes it easier for customers to pay their daily bills. The Digital Products (PPOB) feature is ideal for counter operators, payment agents, small grocery stores, and other businesses looking to earn additional income.
Do I need to top up my balance first to sell Labamu Digital Products?
No, you don’t need to top up your balance to sell Labamu Digital Products. You can directly transact with customers and make payments using your preferred method.
I am not a counter entrepreneur, can I sell Labamu Digital Products?
Of course! All Labamu users, including you, can sell digital products. Especially if you subscribe as a Premium or Pro Member, you’ll enjoy lower PPOB prices and lower transaction fees. Maximize your profits!
Can your Labamu app connect to a printer?
Yes, the Labamu application can use a printer and connect via Bluetooth.
What devices can the Labamu application be used on?
The Labamu application can be downloaded and used on various devices, both with Android systems (minimum version 5) and iOS (minimum version 11).
What is the minimum phone memory capacity to download the Labamu application?
The required phone capacity to use the Labamu app is 32GB of ROM. However, we strongly recommend installing Labamu on a phone with a capacity of 64GB or more for better and smoother application performance.
Can Labamu manage more than one store/branch?
Yes, for Pro users, the Labamu application can be used to manage multiple branches (multi-outlets) and can be accessed by the owner and employees at the same time.
