QRIS Merchant Deregistration (Project-Based)

Role Overview
As part of the migration of the Labamu merchant business to PT Labamu Sejahtera Indonesia (LSI), around 499 inactive QRIS registrations under PT Laba Kita Bersama will be deregistered through Nobu Bank, while active merchants — including Aeon Mall — will be re-registered using the new entity, PT LSI.
Primary Responsibilities
Deregistration (inactive merchant)
Coordinate with the Data Engineering team to obtain, validate and maintain inactive QRIS merchant data (inactive criteria for 6 months), as well as follow up on any data discrepancies before submission.
Prepare and submit deregistration batches containing 150–200 QRIS data to Nobu Bank according to the agreed schedule, as well as monitor progress and follow up on pending or rejected applications.
Coordinate with the Developer and Back Office teams to ensure that deregistration requests processed by Nobu Bank are reflected in the system and the deregistration status is updated correctly.
Verify in the Back Office that each deregistered QRIS has been deleted, match the confirmation from Nobu with the status in the Back Office, and escalate any discrepancies.
Re-Registration (Active Merchant)
Processing new QRIS re-registration under PT Labamu Sejahtera Indonesia (LSI) for migrated merchants.
Prepare and divide QRIS registration files into several batches, a maximum of 95 merchant data per file, before uploading to the Back Office to expedite the process and minimize obstacles. For around 499 merchants, a total of 6 upload files were prepared.
Upload the QRIS registration file to the Back Office and ensure that all merchant data is successfully uploaded completely and accurately.
Validate merchant data that has been uploaded and coordinate with the relevant team to resolve upload failures or data discrepancies.
Aeon Mall Field Execution
Coordinate to reprint new QRIS under PT Labamu Sejahtera Indonesia (LSI) for Aeon Mall outlets and distribute them to all locations.
Collect and record old QRIS from Aeon Mall outlets and maintain a replacement log which includes the outlet, new QRIS used, old QRIS returned, and replacement date.
Coordinate with non-AEON merchants regarding QRIS replacement to ensure they understand and accept the new QRIS implementation.
Coordinate with the Engineering team to prepare push notifications in the application and with the Marketing team to send broadcasts regarding QRIS replacement to merchants.
Reporting
Maintain a project tracker which includes deregistration, re-registration and QRIS replacement activities.
Compile weekly project progress reports, note key risks or obstacles, and escalate critical issues to Operations Lead.
Share Vacancies
Qualification
Final year students or fresh graduates majoring in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related fields.
Mastering Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Table) and used to processing large amounts of data.
Be thorough and detailed, as the work involves reconciliation and errors can impact active merchants.
Willing to make field visits to Aeon Mall outlets for distribution and collection of QRIS.
Fluent in Indonesian and has English language skills for work needs.
