Role Overview
The Regional Account Manager position is a full-time role with a hybrid work system based in Jepara, Semarang, Solo, Cirebon, Yogyakarta and Bali, with occasional opportunities to work from home.
This role is responsible for managing and developing relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving predetermined sales targets. Additionally, you are also expected to provide customer service and maintain client satisfaction.
As a Regional Account Manager, you will collaborate with internal teams to provide solutions that suit client needs, compile sales reports, and stay up to date with industry trends to ensure the best results for the company and clients.
Required Qualifications:
Have a minimum of 5 years experience in the field of account management / sales
Domiciled in the city of placement (Jepara, Semarang, Solo, Cirebon, Yogyakarta, or Bali)
Have account management skills, including building relationships with clients and maintaining customer retention
Have expertise in sales, with proven ability to achieve or exceed targets and identify new business opportunities
Have good communication and interpersonal skills, including persuasion and negotiation skills
Able to conduct market research and analysis to understand industry trends and client needs
Have good time management and organizational skills to handle multiple client accounts effectively
Accustomed to using CRM tools and understanding digital business platforms
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Having experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
Has the ability to "hunter & farmer", namely being able to look for new clients while managing and developing existing accounts
Have proven ability to close deals and consistently maintain customer relationships
