In order to welcome Ramadan and Idul Fitri 1445 Hijriah, we are holding the “Labamu Ramadan Blessings” program which all Labamu users can participate in.

What is your Profit Ramadan Blessing Program?

This program is a form of Labamu’s appreciation to Friends by distributing prizes in the form of 2 (two) electric motorbikes and 4 (four) portable cashier units at the end of the period.

Terms and Conditions for the Labamu Ramadan Blessing Program

1. Participants are required to download and register as users of the Labamu application.
2. This competition is open to Labamu Application Users aged 21 (twenty one) years or older (“Participants”).
3. Every Labamu user who makes a Digital Product transaction worth IDR 1 million will get 1 (one) raffle ticket.
4. Tickets are purchased in multiples for each transaction. For example, a transaction of IDR 3 million will receive three tickets.
5. The tickets to be drawn contain the participant’s mobile phone number. For example, if a participant receives three tickets, their mobile phone number will appear three times in the draw.
6. Information on the number of tickets obtained will be sent via email and WhatsApp.
7. The Digital Product transaction period is calculated from February 20, 2024 – April 20, 2024.
8. 6 (six) lucky participants (“Winners”) will receive an electric motorbike and a portable cashier as prizes, with the following distribution: a. 2 (two) winners will each receive one (1) electric motorbike; and b. 4 (four) winners will each receive one portable cashier.
9. Participants who are eligible to take part in the Portable Cashier draw are Premium members with a minimum of IDR 15 million during the program.
10. The prize draw will be held online, Instagram Live @Labamu_id.
11. Winners must watch Instagram Live while the draw takes place (proven by screenshot).
12. Winners must present their original ID card (KTP/SIM/Passport) (not a photocopy) as registered in the Labamu system. If a winner cannot provide their original ID card, they will be disqualified.
13. If the Winner violates the Terms & Conditions of the “Berkah Ramadan Labamu” Program in the transaction or identifies any irregularities in the transaction in obtaining the ticket, the Labamu Team has the right to cancel the raffle ticket owned and the prize is considered invalid.
14. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.
15. If any Prize is unavailable and the Organizer has used all reasonable efforts to arrange the prize, the Organizer, at its absolute discretion, has the right to replace the Prize with another prize of the same value and/or specifications.
16. Prize tax is borne by the winner.
17. By participating in this program, participants are deemed to have read and agreed to every term and condition that applies to the “Berkah Ramadan Labamu” program.
18. The Labamu Team’s decision is final and binding on all Prize Draw Participants.

21. Personal information: The Organizer collects personal information from all Participants to conduct the Draw. Collects, uses and discloses such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, Prize suppliers and, as required, to authorities. Further information on how the Organizer collects, stores, uses and discloses personal information, including details on disclosure, access, correction, how Participants can lodge privacy complaints and the Organizer’s complaint handling process. By providing personal information to the Organizer, Participants consent to the collection, use, storage and disclosure of information.
22. Legal Warning: Any attempt, intentional or otherwise, to cause malicious damage or interference with the normal functioning of the Site, or information on the Site, or to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and, should such an attempt be made, whether successful or not, the Organizer reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. If the Organizer suffers any loss or incurs any expense in connection with a breach of these Terms and Conditions or any other legal obligation by a Participant, the Participant agrees to indemnify the Organizer for such loss, damage and expense.
23. These Terms and Conditions may be changed or replaced from time to time if required by the Organizer.
24. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws in force in Indonesia.
